Adah was one of the eight of the UK's most innovative outsider artists invited by the Glen Dye Estate to host workshops that invited everyone to create, observe, and learn together.

In "Life is Art: Kinship in the Age of Cyborgs," Adah Parris invited viewers to explore the profound idea that life itself is a masterpiece, embracing music, poetry, sex, paintings, the human body, literature, and beyond, as beautifully articulated by author Hunter Reve.

This immersive artwork took visitors on a transformative journey, encouraging them to view life as the ultimate form of artistic expression. Adah delved into the elemental forces of ether, air, fire, water, and earth, revealing them as the foundational tools for creativity and self-expression.

As viewers engaged with this piece, Adah encouraged them to tap into these elemental forces, crafting unique pieces of "raw art" inspired by their own perspectives and experiences. Through sensory exploration and reflection, visitors delved into the profound impact of each element on their perception of the world.

"Life is Art" was a celebration of the beauty and chaos that underlie all creation.
